The Navy is an army composed of Dark/Navy Blue penguins. It has a Democratic Republic form of government which means that the citizens have the right to participate and vote in elections. Elections will be announced every five months.

Mr Deedledoo is the current Commander of The Navy army. He was created on October 2, 2007. After some time travelling around Club Penguin, he started to think. He thought of all the troublesome, chaotic and rude penguins that he had seen. He soon saw the ACP which inspired him to make an army of his own and help out in keeping peace. After recruiting soldiers, the Navy was formed.

Ally with other armies if necesary…even enemies.
