Navy

Like other armies, we also have our lands and territories. These will be the places that we will control and defend. Since Club Penguin servers are Public Property, allow any penguin to come in these areas. We will not be pushing or ordering around any citizens.

The Navy will be taking control of the U.S.A. South servers:

These is the south pole of Club Penguin.

Deep Snow: Our Main Base is established here. This will be the most valuable area that we will defend in times of invasions.

Icebound: Our second base is here. Navy soldiers can come here. We made two bases in case we needed backup or needed to recruit the soldiers there if ever Deep Snow is being invaded.

White House: This is our embassy. Armies can come here and wander about and so can citizens. Others can interact with the Navy here since we will be watching over this server.

 Shiver: This area will be our training ground where Navy soldiers will be trained. Navy soldiers are trained or given lessons here to get ready for a war if ever. They will either be trained at the Snow Forts. Most lessons and sessions will be held at the Dojo. We will use the Ice Rink to practice formations and discipline.

We decided to target the South Pole of Club Penguin U.S.A. because it is not a very populated area and it will be easy to establish bases here. It is still a fresh area so there will be lots of space and time for training.

 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~GOVERNMENT~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Our government is a Democratic Republic form of government. This means that the people have the power and have the right to vote for their representative. There will be a number of competitive elections. The citizens will have the freedom of speech and freedom of press.

President: Mr Deedledoo is the current President, Military General/Commander and founder of the Navy. He cannot be impeached or fired from his position. He leads the army and the government untill he retires.

Vice President: The Vice President is the person who will be taking control in case the President will not be around. The vice President can also take over once the President retires but this will vary. The citizens may want to elect a different representative.

Secretary of State: This position may be a high or mid-level position in the government. This person will have administrative duties. Traditionally, these duties were mostly related to correspondence, such as the typing out of letters.

Ambassador: There are 3 Ambassadors. They all have the same work. They are the officials that will do most of the negotiating or entertaining with the other armies and soldiers.

Citizen: Does not have a position in the government but has the freedom of speech, freedom of press and freedom to vote for their representative. These people can also be elected to become Presidents etc. and can be given Military ranks. Once a government official has retired, he becomes a citizen once again.

We will be having elections every now and then.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~MILITARY RANKS~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Field Marshal/s: Has the power to control two armies groups. In this case, since an army group is two armies, the group will have four generals controlling it. Nobody can take this rank by him/herself.

Army general/s: There will be two leaders here. It is composed of two armies. Nobody can take this rank by him/herself. 

General/Commander: Mr Deedledoo is the current president and General/Commander of the Navy. He cannot be impeached or fired from his position. He will remain in his position untill he retires. The general/commander controls an army. It contains two corps.

Lieutenant General: Controls a corps. Contains two divisions.

Major General: Controls a divison. Composed of 2-4 brigades or regiments.

Brigadier: This person can control a brigade which is quite large. It is composed of several battalions. The brigade can consist of five regiment or battalions.

Colonel: This person can take control of a regiment. Its is composed of a variable number of battalions. Usually, a brigade or regiment is the same.

Lieutenent Colonel: This person has the power to command a batallion. It is composed of up to six companies. Several Battalions can be grouped to form a brigade. Once a brigade, the brgadier will be in control but the Lieutenent can still give commands. It is composed of 2-6 companies.

Captain or major: Controls a company. Composed of 2-8 platoons.

Warrant Officer: Controls a platoon. It is composed of two squads.

Corporal: Controls a squad. It is a small group of soldiers compsed of two fireteams.

Soldier/Private: Has the right to control a Fire and Maneuver team. Composed of 4-5 soldiers. Though this person controls the smallest group, it is easy to control. With a group this small, you will get to know your soldiers well.

Soldiers with no rank: A soldier can be promoted to a higher rank. A soldier can control a small Fireteam if nessesary. It would depend on the soldiers (they might choose there temporary leader to be good or bad one or someone they respect, etc.).

Be proud of any rank you may be in. Just do your best and never expect anything back. It is better to achieve something than asking for it.
